Therapy for Anxiety in Swindon

My Name is Gary Smith,  DFSFH,  HPD,  AfSFH (Reg),  MNCH (Reg), CNHC (Reg).

I am a Psychotherapist specialising in Anxiety related problems in Swindon, Cirencester, Cricklade, Purton, Highworth, Fairford, Lechlade and the areas around North Wiltshire.. 

I am the Founder of Best Mind Therapy based in North Swindon, a  busy Therapy Practice that I started in early 2022. As well as seeing private clients and working with busineses, I am also Senior lead tutor at Inspiraology Hypnotherapy Training school in Swindon. 

My work involves helping people with a variety of conditions, using different techniques, including Neuro Lingustic Programming, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy and Hypnosis.
